Like all our Artists and DJ’s, we too were there once – dragging our DJ boxes on trains and buses to get to the night spot where we just wanted to play music. There were no usb’s in those days. We carried these big heavy boxes of 12’s that pretty much qualified for an extra passenger seat! We didn’t care too much about the money either, it was all about the music – nothing has changed here.

As we continued to spread our love for the tunes, the dance floor, and those special hands in the air moments, we knew what we wanted to do going forward. It was from this love, Sub-Label Recordings was born in 2012, in our beloved hometown of Manchester. We wanted to do something special and help upcoming Artists.

It has been an 10 amazing years so far. We have come a long long way. We never thought we would be still here. These releases mark that milestone. They are a true representation of pure love for the music, and those that create it, and help us give a true reflection of who we are.

We hope you enjoy the tunes. We hope that when you listen, and play these tracks, you understand that everything was born out of love.
